CONTENT

Simon Nynens, Chairman, President and CEO of Wayside Technology Group will briefly touch upon his career progression towards becoming Chairman and CEO of this publicly traded company (NASDAQ: WSTG). He will make comparisons between managing in the US versus Europe and comment on how the role of software resellers and distributors varies between the two markets.

Mr. Nynens joined Wayside Technology Group in January 1998. Prior to joining Wayside, he worked for Ernst & Young in Amsterdam, Holland. Mr. Nynens is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey as well as a Registered Accountant in the Netherlands and a member of the Royal Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants. Simon Nynens was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayside Technology Group in January 2006, and appointed as Chairman of the Board on June 14, 2006.

Mr. Nynens is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He also serves currently as Chairman of the Board of the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC), and as a Board member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.
