(the “Foundation”) will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at the offices of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, One Battery Park Plaza, New York, New York 10004-1492. The meeting is duly called for the election of directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. To view the agenda for the meeting, please click here. Members will have an opportunity to hear reports by several of our officers and committees. The Annual Meeting will be followed by a Meeting of the Board of Directors, which all members are invited to attend as observers. The Board meeting will be followed by a cocktail reception. We strongly encourage you to attend. If you plan to attend in person, please notify us, so we can provide your name to building security. Unless your name is provided in advance to the security personnel in the lobby, you will not be given access to the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, but would like to vote by proxy, please complete and return the attached proxy to the Foundation’s office. If you are unable to attend in person, but would like to listen in by conference call, please use the dial-in instructions above. Please note that any such participation by conference call does not constitute attendance at the meeting under applicable law. Accordingly, if you wish to vote, you will need to send in your proxy.
