Sponsoring a major NAF event gives the underwriter a chance for major exposure to prominent members of the Dutch-American community, as well as a chance to support the mission of the NAF in a significant way.

The Peter Stuyvesant Ball is traditionally the leading fund-raising event for the NAF. Proceeds from the Ball support American students in the NAF/Fulbright Fellowship Program, who pursue a one-year post-graduate study at universities in the Netherlands.

The 2009 Peter Stuyvesant Ball was sponsored by KLM.

THE NAF AWARDS DINNER, WASHINGTON, DC
Held each spring in Washington, the NAF Awards dinner celebrates Dutch-American heritage and honors three distinguished contributors to Dutch-American relations with awards that are named for recent U.S. Ambassadors to the Netherlands.
